Leading Copenhagen-based investment strategist to assume new role at Denmark’s newest private bank

Copenhagen; February 3, 2021: Quintet Danmark, a branch of Quintet Private Bank, announced today the appointment of Henrik Drusebjerg as Head of Nordic Investment Strategy.

In this newly created position at Denmark’s newest private bank, Drusebjerg will draw upon nearly two decades of industry experience to contribute his insight on the global economy and markets, with special focus on the Nordic region.

Drusebjerg – who will assume his role at Quintet in Copenhagen on May 1, 2021 – will also support client relationship and client acquisition activities, reflecting his significant experience in this area, including working with UHNWI and institutional clients with complex needs.

Most recently Global Chief Strategist at Danske Bank – where he headed the Global Investment Committee and led a worldwide team – he was earlier Chief Strategist at Carnegie Investment Bank. Previously, Drusebjerg served as Senior Strategist at Nordea Asset Management. A Danish national who earned his degree in Finance at Copenhagen Business School, he began his career as an Investment Advisor at Nordea Private Banking.

“A strategic thinker with a strong track record of achievement, Henrik will be a fantastic addition to our team in Copenhagen – and to the wider Quintet family,” said Henrik Wyrwik, who leads Quintet Danmark. “All our clients will benefit from his global vision and unique understanding of the Nordic region.”

“Henrik Drusebjerg is a very familiar name in the Danish wealth management industry, where he has built a reputation as a razor-sharp analyst who has the ability to capture key trends and put them in clear perspective,” added Daniele Antonucci, Chief Economist at Quintet Private Bank. “It’s a great pleasure to welcome him to Quintet.”

“Quintet acts with agility, leads with advice and always puts client interest first,” said Drusebjerg. “I look forward to meeting all my colleagues – in Denmark and across Europe – and helping our firm earn the trust of the individuals and families we serve.”
