To mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Quintet Danmark brought together guests for an evening celebrating female artists and entrepreneurs, culminating in a small auction to raise funds for the Danish Cancer Society’s breast cancer campaign.
Held at the ArtSolo gallery in Charlottenlund, “Pink October: Art and Entrepreneurship” explored personal stories of creativity and resilience.
ArtSolo founder Kasper Nielsen opened the evening in conversation with his partner Mette Bluhme Rieck, journalist and television host. He shared the story behind the gallery and drew on his extensive experience to offer insights into collecting and the factors that shape the value of art.
The conversation then turned to entrepreneurship and personal resilience. Andrea Elisabeth Rudolph, founder of Rudolph Care, spoke openly with Mette Bluhme Rieck about building her chemical-free skincare business and how her experience with breast cancer has shaped her journey. Their warm and honest exchange brought the meaning of Pink October vividly to life.
The evening concluded with a charity auction featuring an artwork by Danish artist Line Busch, with proceeds donated to the Danish Cancer Society.
Over food and wine, guests continued the conversation and came together in support of an important cause. The evening connected art and entrepreneurship with solidarity, while keeping the human stories at the heart of Pink October firmly in focus.
That spirit extends well beyond this event and Denmark’s borders.
Quintet and its local businesses have a longstanding commitment to breast cancer awareness across Europe, including not just the Danish Cancer Society but also organizations in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the UK that advance care and research.
Through these partnerships and the involvement of colleagues across our firm, Quintet continues to stand with those affected by breast cancer and contribute to the fight against the disease.
